Once you have chosen your new Nanny, we are there to guide you through the initial employment process and can provide you with a standard contract of employment to use. We will also assist with salary negotiations and introduce you to a cost effective payroll company.
During the employment of your Nanny, we are available at any time to give you advice and guidance – however small the query!
As fully accredited members of the Recruitment and Employment
Confederation (REC), we have access to a team of legal advisors who are available for more complex legal or contractual queries.
We will also support your Nanny through her first few months and are happy to introduce her to other Nannies in your area if required.
