At The London Nanny Company, we understand that each family is different and that you will have your own list of qualities which you are seeking in a Nanny. We will listen carefully to your requirements, give guidance where appropriate, and then thoroughly match your individual needs against the
candidates who are registered with us.
We will also advertise your position to attract as many high calibre applicants as possible who will then be interviewed by our Consultants specifically for your position. This is a very personal selection service and allows our staff to use their expertise and training to put together a shortlist of candidates who most closely meet the job specification you have given us.
We will then e-mail the candidate’s CV to you together with the Interview Report from the Consultant and any other relevant documentation. References and photographs can also be sent at this stage if required.
Following receipt of the candidate details, we will arrange interviews for you to meet them. We will then discuss your feedback on each candidate and arrange 2nd interviews if required.
If none of the candidates put forward to you were suitable, we will continue to submit appropriate details of new candidates. We will continue this process until you are satisfied with your choice.
