Our Service to Clients
We appreciate that each family is different and that your family's childcare needs are unique. We ask for as much information as possible regarding your family, to enable the agency to send you only the most suitable applicants for interview. All our applicants are personally interviewed at our offices in Kensington by experienced staff. We take up references on each applicant, confirm professional qualifications and make sure they have an up to date criminal record bureau enhanced disclosure. Finding the right Nanny to care for your children is not an easy task and we are here to assist you in a professional and friendly manner in making the right choice.

Permanent Live in Nannies
We are able to provide qualified and experienced nannies to meet your specific needs. These applicants range from college leavers to more mature candidates. Many of our Australian and New Zealand Nannies are on 1to 2year working visas and are looking to start work immediately. Live in nannies normally work approx. 10 to 12 hours per day, five days per week with weekends free.

Daily Nannies
Some families choose to have a nanny who comes to them on a daily basis, caring for the children during the day whilst the parent(s) go out to work, confident that their children are being professionally looked after. Daily nannies normally work 10 hours per day and have their weekends free.

Temporary Nannies live in or daily
We are able to provide short and long term experienced temporary nannies to meet your requirements at short notice. Temporary staff are flexible regarding working hours to meet the employer's specific needs.

Proxy Parent
There are times when parents need to be away from home . We can provide experienced applicants to care for your children and home on a 24 hour basis, making your trip more enjoyable.

Maternity Nurses
Experienced maternity nurses are available to get the baby into a routine and are particularly helpful in assisting first time mothers in the care of their babies. A great asset when you first come home from hospital. Maternity nurses work 24 hours per day 5 or 6 days per week. Bookings are normally between 2 and 8 weeks in length.

Salaries
Salaries vary tremendously according to the nannies age, experience and working hours and we will be happy to advise you on salary levels in accordance with the post you have to offer and the type of applicant you require. Nannies and Mother's helps salaries are quoted net of deductions. It is the employer's responsibility to pay the tax and NI for the employee. Maternity Nurses are self-employed and take responsibility for their own tax and NI.
