All Nannies and Maternity Nurses who seek to join our agency must be well qualified and/or relevant work experience. They must also have a fully checkable work history of their live-in or live-out positions and be able to provide original documentation to prove their identification. Original qualification certificates including pediatric First Aid must also be provided, together with a current Enhanced CRB check.
One of the unique aspects of the Family Match service is the ongoing support from the consultants for the entire duration that a nanny is employed. We also provide guidance on issues such as contracts, interviews, salaries and much, much more.
